Exceptions With Media

What it is

With employees behind the wheel, businesses must be assured they’re adhering to the rules of the road and the business’s expectations to avoid insurance hikes and impacts on reputation. Exceptions With Media provides the necessary context of selected events for driver coaching initiatives. Placing the power in the hands of the fleet manager, Exceptions With Media helps to determine which events displayed poor driving behaviour and which should be shared for coachable moments.

How it works

Each Raven Exception is paired with cabin and road-facing imagery and event details. Exceptions With Media summarizes any selected Rules for users to review. Users can also download associated videos, view the trip in 'Trips History', or view details of the exception.

How to use it

1. From the web app, select 'Exceptions With Media' under 'Add-Ins' in the menu.
2. Filter by desired Period, Asset(s), and Rule(s) of interest, then click 'Apply changes.'
3. A list of selected exceptions will be displayed. Select the desired exception, and then the asset. Associated exception details will be displayed, including road and cabin images and videos for critical exceptions.
4. Users can download available videos by selecting the exception and then selecting the 'Exception Videos' tab. They can also view the complete trip in 'Trips History' by clicking the pin icon.
