Raven Cameras Are Not Showing
If you're unable to view Raven camera feeds within your Geotab assets, please review the troubleshooting steps below.
Raven Integration Is Not Enabled
The Raven Add-In must be enabled in your Geotab database for integration to work.
- Navigate to System > Settings and click on the 'Add-Ins' tab.
- If "raven-connected" is not listed, follow the steps in our Add-In guide to enable it.
Asset is Not Paired with a Raven
If you're using GO9 devices, the Asset must be paired with a Raven.
To pair a Raven with an Asset:
- Navigate to Add-Ins > Manage Ravens.
- Locate the Raven by serial number (e.g., 2RVPxxxxxxxxx), click the three dots (...), and select 'Pair.'
- If the Raven is not listed, click 'Add Raven.'
- If the serial number entered is not found on your account, please contact Support.
- If the Raven is not listed, click 'Add Raven.'
- Select the desired Asset, then click 'Save.'
To unpair a Raven from an Asset:
- Navigate to Add-Ins > Manage Ravens > GT Ravens.
- Locate the Raven by serial number (e.g., 2RVPxxxxxxxxx), click the three dots (...), and select 'Unpair.'
