Thank you for choosing Raven!

Raven is the first comprehensive automotive technology solution that provides continuous connection to your vehicle and its driver. Raven provides LTE-connected telematics, fully connected video, an AI enhanced sensor platform, all in a sleek, single device.

When you buy a Raven+, we link the device to your account and ship each unit with an active LTE sim card. Just install your Raven+ into your vehicles and you’re all set to start monitoring your fleet.

This guide will provide you with an overview of key Raven+ features.

Know where your vehicles are

The GPS and cellular module send vehicle position information every few seconds. Use the Web or Mobile Apps to know your vehicle’s locations.

“Breadcrumb” trails behind your vehicles will also show you where they’ve been on their current trip.

Live Stream video  inside and outside your vehicles

The road- and cabin-facing cameras have a live connection over an LTE cellular network. Check in live from the Web or Mobile Apps.

Review trip histories

Where was my driver yesterday? How was their driving? Did anything happen while they were driving?

Trip Histories are stored in the cloud and can be reviewed in the Web or Mobile Apps.

Get notifications for critical events

Speeding? Slamming on the brakes? Vehicle compromised? Possible accident? Receive live notifications on your phone or computer.

Diagnose engine trouble codes

Engine light is on! Did you forget to put the gas cap back on or is it something more serious? Raven can detect the code and translate it for you.

EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve

Possible causes:

Capture video from road- and cabin-facing cameras

For vehicle and driver security, Raven is your eyes on your fleet. Access video from both road- and cabin-facing cameras over the LTE connection.  Safety and monitoring is always available. Video evidence when you need it, stored for 12 months after the event.

Geofences

Create Geofences: a point or area on a map which can trigger events. For example, you might identify a jobsite on a map in order to generate reports on when vehicles arrived/left the site and know how long they were at that location.

Dispatch Messaging

Send messages to your drivers. Fleet managers can send short messages (up to 15 characters) from the Web App directly to Raven+.

Reporting

Use the Reporting tools to answer a variety of fleet and driver questions, such as:

• What vehicles are being used and how often?
• Who is driving which vehicles?
• How many miles was each vehicle driven this month?
• What was the longest Trip?
• How many hours did each driver drive this month?
• How long do my vehicles sit idle? How long are they parked or idling?
• Which driver is speeding the most?
• When did the vehicle enter/exit a jobsite?
• Did the vehicle go where it should not have?

Remotely Access Video Clips

Short video clips can be retrieved remotely for any event. Certain events (e.g.., Possible Impact) will auto-upload their videos to the cloud for review.

Tags

Account admins can invite users to multiple Ravens or remove them entirely with a few clicks. Group vehicles and assign granular permissions so each user only accesses the vehicles they need.
